Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently using the e-learning resource provided by IPAF for the theory component of the training. This keeps you and our training centre staff safe from being in a confined classroom environment. All practical training and assessments are performed outside where we can control social distancing.

Combined Safety Training Ltd. carry out IPAF training in conjunction with Unity Operators Ltd. and Davis Access Bristol.

Our experienced IPAF instructor is training associated with these companies and has nearly twenty years of experience operating and delivering powered access, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to the training.

Combined Safety

Training

To make the training more convenient and cost effective, our experienced instructor can undertake the following training at your premises saving time and cost for your candidates. You may wish to combine two half day courses into one day, please call us to discuss rates depending on numbers attending.

ABRASIVE WHEEL COURSE

This course is aimed at anyone who selects, mounts or uses abrasive wheels.

HARNESS USER COURSE

This is a course for anyone working at height using personal fall protection harnesses, lanyards or fall arrest blocks.

This course is aimed at an appointed person within the business who is tasked with carrying out the statutory inspections that are legally required on harnesses and lanyards and associated products.

SAFE USE OF LIGHT LIFTING EQUIPMENT

This course for anyone using slings, strops and chains with their lifting accessories.

HAND POWER TOOL TRAINING

This training will allow hand held power tool operators to have the knowledge how to perform daily safety checks, blade safety and correct use of the tools.
